Clinical Reflexology is a complmentary health therapy using pressure techniques on the reflex points on the hands and feet, stimulating the body’s own healing response. The reflex points mirror the organs, glands and parts of the body. After your first treatment an individual treatment plan will be tailored to meet what imbalances are identified.

I completed my Professional Reflexology Diploma in Clinical Reflexology with Christine Jackson Reflexology at the Health Barn, Askham, Penrith. The diploma was very rich in content, which helped me to really dive into how reflexology can support and help people of all ages. It’s a privilege to create a warm safe environment where my clients can relax, unwind and restore some wellness back into their body’s.

You are welcome to combine foot & hand Reflexology in one treatment, as well the option to receive Reiki. I can personalise your treatment to meet your needs.

I am a full member of Complementary Health Professionals who affirm that I have a nationally recognised Diploma in Clinical Reflexology.

My clinic is in Stirling Place, Cleator Moor. At the moment I work alternating Thursdays and one Saturday a month, you can see my availability by clicking on the ‘Book your Treatment’ buttons below.
